| Jason Epstein – Co-Founder & President
Is the Co-Founder and President of CastleRock REO. Prior to founding CastleRock REO Mr. Epstein was a Principal of E/N Properties, a real estate development company that specialized in locating, acquiring and developing distressed and undervalued real estate assets. At E/N Properties Jason oversaw the acquisitions and property disposition divisions as well as the technology and marketing departments. Jason attended New York University for his Masters of Science in Real Estate, and Clark University for His B.A. He has been featured on CNN financial network, The Ct Post, The Fairfield Business Journal amongst numerous other media outlets. He is a licensed real estate broker in New York and Connecticut and has extensive knowledge of property analysis. Mr. Epstein has been a principal in over $100 million of real estate transactions in the past 15 years. Victor Naar– Co-Founder & CEO Is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CastleRock REO. Mr. Naar was also a Principal of E/N Properties prior to founding CastleRock REO. At E/N Properties Mr. Naar was responsible for negotiating the financing and refinancing of all of E/N Properties assets’ with lenders. He was the asset manager for the entire portfolio. Mr. Naar was also the project manager for E/N Properties construction projects, including apartment building renovations and upgrades, office building renovations and tenant improvements, as well as construction projects that included office to condo conversions and new construction. Mr. Naar, who also appeared on CNN and was featured in many other media outlets, has been a principal in more than $100 million in real estate transactions over the past 15 years.
