STEP 1:
Find a property of interest and call the number and sales agent associated with that property. Arrange a viewing of the property and be sure to fully inspect and assess the property.
STEP 2:
Purchase price, deposit and closing details will be coordinated with your sales rep. Most of our properties are sold with quit claim deeds, however, you can elect to purchase the property with title insurance, and close with a title company if you choose.
STEP 3:
Once a purchase price is agreed upon, a purchase agreement and wiring instructions will be sent to you within 24 hours. You will need to sign the purchase agreement and return it to us.
STEP 4:
All closings are done electronically, through fax or email. Once full payment is received, CastleRock will immediately instruct our closing department or title company to transfer the deed of the property into your name or entity of choice.
STEP 5:
You will receive the original recorded deed directly from the county.
